Our Family Over the Years of This Blog :)

In the layout of our family blog page, these following pictures were on the right side of the page documenting our growth over time.  I decided not to keep up with the blog and instead switched to an easier venue for posting updates on our family on Instagram.  So I've printed out the blog as I had left it in order to hold onto its memories in our very own hands and I wanted to finish off this book with the sidebar photos of our family to show how our Potter has molded us, His lumps of clay, together as a family in His gracious, kind, loving hands.

We had a whole bunch of free rich soil dropped off at our house so we could build a planter box area under our front window before my parents came for a visit.  Of course the boys enjoyed that huge pile of dirt thoroughly.

 We had the times of our lives with Mimi and Grandad here this week.  So fun!

Betsy and Mom took me out for my birthday to get our nails done.

 And then right before cake time Henry ran into a corner of a wall and split his forehead open.  Had to take him to urgent care to glue it up.

We visited my Mom's favorite yarn shop in downtown Minneapolis, Steven B's.

A hard goodbye.

 Then Travis had a kidney stone blasted and finally removed!!! Hallelujah! We hope this is the last of his suffering from Kidney Stone problems!

This week was full of fun...

I visited the girls at their school and just had to snap a photo of Elizabeth with her classmates...she is the minority for sure!

 Charlotte got to bring home baby chicks from school for over night...so cute!

 Our mailman is wonderful and this week he let the kids join him on his route and carry mail to our neighbor.

 And this cute boy, Atticus Valor Hasson, turned 5 years old this week!  Happy Birthday, my sweet boy!! I love you so much!

Suzannah got a new violin teacher...this might be a better fit.  A bit more discipline and effort and hard work.  I think this will help Suzannah to excel.

Miss Bea is climbing the stairs now...yikes!!

We had a man come over and put up rain gutters on the house, yippee!!

 Flowers have been budding and blossoming like crazy.  I'll have to take a picture soon of my surprise garden...so many pretty presents are springing up all over the place!  And we also, this week, enjoyed a pleasant Mother's Day.  I am humbly blessed with such sweet dears to love me and to whom I get to shower my affection.

Its birthday time!! Henry's and Elizabeth's were this week.  3 and 7.  Happy Birthday my darlings!!

He wanted a pinata so badly and I found a small one at Target (probably for Cinco de Mayo) and they LOVED it!

 And my sweet Elizabeth.  We had a small party for her...she felt so loved.  Oh, how I love her!

  This week the girls recited poems and prayers that they had memorized for their whole school Creative Expressions night.  Such a joy!!
